we are not able to offer refunds. our bouquet subscriptions operate much like a CSA, the earnings are put towards necessary supplies and materials to grow the flowers you will receive each week.
upon adding the subscription to your cart, you will be prompted to complete a form. this form will help us create a spring pickup and delivery plan.
we will do our best to honor your pickup and delivery preferences, but pickup and delivery days and times may change based on the lauritzen’s availability.
once purchased, you will be added to our spring bouquet subscription email list. we will send out an email as it gets closer with important subscription updates.
if you need to miss a pickup or delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. we may be able to accommodate a different pickup or delivery date, but we cannot guarantee it.
